Zoya’s High Jewelry Inspired by Indian Spices and Anoushka Shankar

Mumbai, October 2026: ZOYA, the luxury jewellery atelier from the Tata Group, unveils Her Again — a new High Jewellery collection that reinterprets one of India’s most evocative cultural languages: its spices. Through ZOYA’s distinctive design lens, the collection draws on rituals and memories that link us to the past, charting the intimate journey of a woman returning to herself. With gemstone mastery and meticulous craftsmanship, ZOYA transforms familiar elements of India’s cultural landscape into bold expressions of contemporary High Jewellery.

The collection translates the golden warmth of turmeric, the deep red of mace, cardamom green and the rich hues of saffron and rose into wearable narratives. Colour becomes a portal to memory, revealing facets of a woman’s personality — curious, playful, spontaneous, expressive and deeply feminine. ZOYA assembles an unexpected, saturated palette using rubellite, emerald, Madeira citrine, Orissa rose garnet, golden heliodor and yellow sapphire. These natural gemstones are set into intricate compositions shaped by thousands of hours of artisan work, reimagining cultural references as singular High Jewellery pieces.

The campaign finds its cultural voice in internationally acclaimed sitarist and composer Anoushka Shankar. Known for creating a distinct musical language across genres and cultures, she brings a deeply personal connection to Indian heritage and an evolving creative practice that resonates globally.

Reflecting on the collection, Anoushka Shankar said, “What I love about ZOYA is the way it takes what we inherit and allows it to evolve through colour, gemstones and craft. I’ve always believed you can be deeply rooted in a culture and still speak to the world in a way that feels relevant, simply through the lens of your own experience. ZOYA captures that beautifully, creating pieces that feel timeless in spirit, yet fresh, inventive and entirely their own.”

“India offers an extraordinary source of inspiration for jewellery design, from its rich cultural heritage and vibrant colours to the materials and craftsmanship that have shaped its visual language over centuries. At ZOYA, we see an opportunity to reinterpret these influences through a distinctive design lens, creating High Jewellery where meaning and emotional resonance are as integral as rarity and artistry,” said Arun Narayan, Chief Executive Officer – Jewellery, Titan Company Limited. “Her Again reflects this approach, drawing from India’s richness and diversity while expressing it in a way that is contemporary, personal, and unmistakably our own. Anoushka Shankar embodies this vision through a creative journey that continually finds new and imaginative expressions of Indian influence.”

With Her Again, ZOYA casts a familiar sensory world in new light. Through the interplay of gemstones, colour and craft, the collection gives form to the memories we carry and the parts of ourselves we rediscover.

A SELECTION FROM THE COLLECTION:

ZOYA’s Eternal Ember Necklace: India’s sensory memory reimagined in High Jewellery. Eternal Ember translates India’s palette of spices and colour into 748 stones composed into fluid movement. At its centre sits a luminous 5.4-carat cabochon Mandarin garnet, its saturated orange evoking turmeric and marigold. Surrounding this focal gem is a vibrant arrangement of sapphires, rubellites and citrines that reflect the warmth and intensity of Indian spice. The necklace comprises 102 individually crafted elements assembled over 2,112 hours, creating a three-dimensional architecture that moves with the wearer. Diamonds set across the sculptural forms catch and refract light, revealing shifting veins of brilliance and colour. Eternal Ember transforms spice, memory and craftsmanship into a singular High Jewellery statement: vivid, feminine and unmistakably ZOYA.ZOYA’s Eternal Ember Necklace

ZOYA’s Afterglow Ring: A luminous interplay of colour, form and texture. The Afterglow Ring showcases a vivid 2.7-carat rubellite set within custom-cut matte rock crystal and framed by sculptural tendrils inspired by mace. Zambian emeralds punctuate the design with cardamom-green accents, creating a dialogue of crimson, green and translucent light. Intricate stone-on-stone craftsmanship gives the ring layered depth and a distinctive, radiant presence — a jewel where spice-inspired forms meet an unexpected alchemy of colour.ZOYA’s Afterglow Ring

The bangle’s form echoes clove buds and unfurling mace, with fine fretwork and sculpted detailing that contribute to its layered dimension. Every element enhances its expressive, exuberant character — made for the woman who knows herself, embraces every facet, and wears her freedom with confidence.ZOYA’s Unbound Bangle

ZOYA’s Amber Bliss Earrings bring the golden warmth of turmeric to life through 22 carats of Madeira citrine, accented with pink tourmalines, sapphires and diamonds. Stones are arranged into sculptural, marigold-inspired silhouettes that frame the citrines and add graceful movement. Open-back settings allow light to filter through each gem, heightening their warm, luminous character.
